The City is seeking comments or suggestions on the Review of the City of Cape Town’s Development Management Scheme
The City of Cape Town’s Development Management Scheme (DMS), which is a schedule to the City of Cape Town’s Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 (MPBL), applies to all land within the geographical area of the City, including land owned by the state.
